Well, when I created Fav’s Friday the point was for Shannon and I to post our favorite thing of a certain topic on a Friday. Clearly that has not happened – every Fav’s Friday post has been posted on a Monday and Shannon has yet to contribute. FAIL! But I am going to keep it going. I mean it is a Monday. So here is my Fav’s Friday post of the week.
Okay so this week’s topic is (drum roll please) favorite Christmas Movie...
Yay for there only being 13 days until Christmas. I am so excited, and to get into the spirit I listen to Christmas music all day long and watch Christmas movies at night. Yes, I am 14 year old. There are SO many amazing Christmas movies (Jingle All the Way, Elf, Love Actually, The Holiday, etc.). But in my mind there is one that stands out amongst them all and that would be Miracle on 34th Street. I think the reason I love it more than the rest is because I grew up watching it and never get sick of it. It is such a classic movie that people of all ages can relate to, and it gives people everywhere hope that dreams can really come true if you believe. Oh, and the star of the movie is the same little girl from Matilda - you cannot get much better than her.
If you have not watched it, I totally recommend you order it right now. No but seriously; order it. But make sure to order the one that came out in 1994.
Shannon said she was going to post, but since it already is 11:00 pm in London, I am not too hopeful!
