Boo!

Hope everyone has a safe and spooky Halloween weekend! Halloween is such an interesting holiday - as you grow up the holiday’s purpose changes quite a bit. It starts off as a holiday to dress in a cute outfit and get free candy; then turns into a holiday to dress in an all black outfit and cause havoc on the streets; then turns into a holiday to dress in a “ho-ish” outfit and drink alcohol. So from cute and candy to “ho-ish” and alcohol.  Perfect.

Two years ago, I made the tragic decision of wearing a store bought costume. And let me tell you, it was one of the worst decisions ever. Reasons being: 1. I looked extremely “ho-ish.” 2. It cost me over $75.00. 3. The costume was a Jetson and included a wig. So all in all, it was horrifying. I literally cringe just thinking about it. The only positive (which really isn’t a positive) is that one of my best friends, Jess, dressed up with me aka we both looked dumb together ;)

So this year I decided to do the opposite of what I did two years ago.  This year’s rules are: 1. Don’t look so “ho-ish. 2. Pay $0 for it 3. Don’t be a Jetson and don’t wear a wig. So that is when I decided to be…

...I can't ruin the suprise yet. Will post a Halloween recap on Mondayyyy.
