Okay sooo People’s Pops. I had one a few weeks ago in Brooklyn and they have been on my mind ever since. People’s Pops takes local FRESH fruit and herbs and transforms them into handmade shaven ice and ice pops. The best part about the company is that it all started from 3 friends experimenting trying to create better ice pops. And let me tell you, they created better ice pops. The flavors scream amazingness aka Watermelon Basil and Blackberry, Honey, and Yogurt Pops. YUM!
